Sealing a crack from the inside or outside alone rarely lasts, because water always finds the path of least resistance. We install an FRP panel riveted and sealed to the wall, run it down to the footer, and send any water behind it into the drain tile. Every crack gets an inspection port and a lifetime warranty that transfers when you sell.
A block wall that has cracked or started to bow won’t fix itself. We brace moving walls with steel I-beams set on the footer and bolted to the floor joists, repair mortar voids, and replace rotted support posts with rebar-reinforced bearing pads. Bracing jobs are engineer-reviewed and town-approved, and all of it is done from inside your basement.
Interior drain tile collects groundwater below the floor and carries it to a sump pump before it can push through your walls. We dig a level trench, bed perforated pipe holes-down in clean stone, add a cove plate and weep holes, and set inspection ports at every corner. If only one or two walls leak, we’ll quote a partial run instead of a whole-basement system.
Downspouts dumping at the foundation, low spots that pond after every rain, window wells that fill up. We find where the water collects, check your town’s rules for tying into storm drainage, and install the smallest system that works: catch basins, French drains, dry wells and downspout tie-ins.
Mold needs moisture, so we take the moisture away. Our three-coat Drylok system (two coats of Original, one of Extreme) seals block walls against minor seepage, and we pair it with drainage fixes and a properly sized dehumidifier so the mold doesn’t come back.
